Jigme Lhendup began his journey in Bhutan’s tourism industry in 2007, working as a driver and gaining firsthand experience guiding travelers across the country’s landscapes and culture. Through dedication, hard work, and nearly two decades of practical experience, he developed a deep understanding of hospitality and guest service.
In 2023, he took an important step forward by establishing his own travel agency, turning years of experience into a personal vision. Today, he proudly fulfills a lifelong dream with the opening of this hotel. Although he did not have the opportunity for formal education, Mr. Jigme Lhendup brings over 20 years of real-world expertise in tourism, guided by passion, perseverance, and a sincere commitment to welcoming every guest with warmth and authenticity.
